Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Sonmezy (the “Service”), provided by Sonmezy (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm that you may bind that business to these Terms.

1. The Service

The Service helps sellers on Etsy analyse and improve their listings. It includes listing analysis, keyword research, competitor comparison based on public data, AI-assisted drafting of listing texts, ranking tracking, performance analytics, experiments, reports and data import and export. The features and limits of each plan are described on the feature comparison page.

The Service is independent of Etsy, Inc. It uses the Etsy Open API and is not endorsed or certified by Etsy. Your use of Etsy remains subject to Etsy’s own terms and policies.

2. Accounts

• You must give accurate information, keep your password secret and tell us without delay if you suspect misuse of your account. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Accounts are personal. Team owners may invite members and decide their roles, including who may publish changes to Etsy.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or of legal age to enter into a contract where you live.

3. Connecting your Etsy shop

You may connect Etsy shops that you are authorised to manage. You authorise us to access your shop through the Etsy API with the permissions shown when you connect, and only to provide the Service. You can disconnect a shop at any time in the Service or in your Etsy account settings.

4. Analyses, estimates and AI suggestions

• Scores, estimates, rankings and recommendations are based on the data available to us and on published guidance. They are opinions to help your decisions, not guarantees. We do not guarantee any ranking, traffic or sales result.
• AI suggestions can be inaccurate or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing every suggestion and for the content you publish on Etsy, including its accuracy and its compliance with Etsy’s policies and the law.
• Nothing is published to Etsy unless an authorised member of your team approves a suggestion and confirms its publication.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the Service in breach of the law, Etsy’s terms or the rights of others;
• try to access data of other customers, test the security of the Service without our written permission, or interfere with its operation;
• use automated means to access the Service other than its user interface, or resell the Service without our agreement;
• upload content you have no right to use, or malicious files.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules or put the Service or other customers at risk. Where possible we will tell you first.

6. Plans, payment and cancellation

• The Free plan is free of charge. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, at the price shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment provider, which may act as the seller of record and issue the invoice; its terms apply to the payment.
• Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in the Service; the plan remains active until the end of the paid period, after which the account moves to the Free plan. Your data is kept.
• Plan limits are described on the pricing and feature comparison pages. When a limit is reached, the affected action is paused until the limit resets or you upgrade; there are no extra charges.
• Refunds are given where required by law or where the payment provider’s refund policy allows it. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.
• We may change prices for future billing periods. We will tell you at least 30 days before a price change affects you, and you may cancel before it takes effect.

7. Your data

You keep all rights in your data and content. You grant us the rights needed to store and process it to provide the Service. How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. You can export your data and delete your account at any time.

8. Our rights

The Service, its software and its content (excluding your data) belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your business during your subscription.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and secure, but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, failures of third parties (such as Etsy or our hosting provider) and changes to the Etsy API can affect the Service. We may improve and change the Service; if a change significantly reduces a paid feature, we will tell you in advance and you may cancel.

10. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intent, gross negligence or injury. Otherwise, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect damages such as lost profits or lost sales. Where mandatory consumer law gives you more rights, those rights apply.

11. Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ notice, or immediately for a serious breach of these Terms. On termination, your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will tell you about material changes by email or in the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the changes apply.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings where you live.
